About Our Events

Our workshops are designed to be engaging, beginner-friendly experiences that leave attendees with a handcrafted piece they made themselves. Each two-hour session is led by a skilled instructor who guides students through every step of the process — from demonstration to completion — ensuring an environment that is welcoming, encouraging, and fun.

All materials, instruction, firing, and glazing are included, with finished pieces returned to you within approximately four weeks. We look forward to the opportunity to bring a little creativity and craft to your community.

Workshop in session
We came to The Little Studio with a group of 10 for a private birthday event. Our instructor was so friendly and knowledgeable. We had a great time and would love to go back!!

FAQs

What happens if we have under 25 students?
Our packages are catered to a maximum registration of 25. It is the host party's responsibility to maximize registrations for the selected package.
What happens if we need to reschedule?
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 2 weeks prior to the event date. After that point, rescheduling may incur additional fees.
Can students make multiple pieces?
We create a curated, one-piece experience. To maintain proper instruction and post-event workflow, we allow one piece per student.
How will attendees get their pottery?
Approximately 35 days after the event, The Little Studio will return all work from the event to the client for distribution to attendees.
What does the host need to provide?
Tables, seating, and workspace for students. We bring everything else — clay, tools, instruction, and all finishing work.
How long does firing take?
The full firing and glazing process takes approximately 4 weeks post-event. We'll notify you when pieces are ready for pickup.
Please Note
The nature of pottery involves variables during the drying and firing process that may affect the structural integrity of finished pieces. While The Little Studio maintains an excellent track record, we cannot guarantee that every piece will survive the process intact. We strongly recommend framing this workshop as an experience first and foremost.
