Youth Summer Pottery Camp — One Week Away!
Hello! 🎉 We hope this message finds you well. We are so excited for the start of your child's Youth Summer Pottery Camp — now just one week away! Below is everything you need to know so you arrive ready to dig in, get muddy, and make something beautiful.
✦ What to Bring
- Comfortable clothes that can get muddy — clay happens! 🤎
- Water bottle (labeled with your child's name)
- Allergy-mindful snack — please keep snacks nut-free
- Label everything — backpack, water bottle, and any personal items with your child's name
Tip: Think of this like an art smock day — every day! Your little potter is going to have a blast.
✦ Drop-Off & Pick-Up
Drop-Off: Please arrive at 1:30 PM. A parent or guardian must park and walk their child in to sign them into camp.
Pick-Up: All campers must be picked up by 4:45 PM.
⏰ Late Pick-Up Policy: A fee of $1.00/minute will be charged after 4:45 PM. Repeated late pick-ups may result in removal from the program with no refund.
✦ What to Expect
Your camper will spend the week learning the ceramic process from start to finish — hand-building, wheel throwing, and decorating their very own pieces.
- Each day builds on the last — attendance all week is encouraged
- Pottery is an organic process; results may vary and we love that!
- Finished pieces will go through drying & firing after camp
- Pick-up for finished work will be communicated separately

- Arrive on time each day — camp begins promptly at 1:30 PM
- Label personal items with your child's name
- Snacks must be nut-free to keep everyone safe
- A guardian must sign in their child each day — please park and walk in

✦ Policies & Fine Print
Cancellation Policy
- 75% refund if requested at least 6 weeks before Week 1 start
- 25% refund if cancelled within 6 weeks but at least 2 weeks before your registered week
- No refund with less than 2 weeks' notice or once camp has started
- Please allow up to 30 days for refund processing
- Camp transfers require at least 14 days advance notice
- No prorated refunds for missed days. Policy strictly enforced due to limited space.
Rescheduling Policy
Due to predetermined summer camp dates, rescheduling does not apply. If The Little Studio is unable to accommodate your reservation due to instructor availability, we will offer a complimentary reschedule or a full refund.
Medical & Waiver
The Little Studio is not permitted to administer medication, with the exception of emergency EpiPen use (consent given upon registration). By registering, you certify your child is physically fit to participate and give permission for photographs for program use.
